2016 Canadian Sledge Hockey Championship

Wheelchair Sports Alberta is a proud sponsor of Alberta Sledge and the first ever Canadian Sledge Hockey Championship! The tournament will host Team Alberta, Team BC, Team Quebec, and Team Ontario on the weekend of May 13-15, 2016 at the Leduc Recreation Centre. Edmonton Inferno Victorious at 2015 Canadian Wheelchair Basketball League Women’s National Championship

The Edmonton Inferno seized the national crown with a 56-46 victory over the Calgary Rollers Sunday at the 2015 Canadian Wheelchair Basketball League (CWBL) Women’s National Championship at Mount Royal University in Calgary, Alta. Team Saskatchewan reached the podium for the first time at the event with a win in the bronze medal game over Quebec.

Calgary To Host Canadian Wheelchair Basketball League Women’s National Championship April 17-19

All of the fast-paced, hard-hitting action of the Canadian Wheelchair Basketball League (CWBL) Women’s Division heads to Calgary this spring when the top women’s club teams in the country takeover Mount Royal University for National Championship April 17-19, 2015.

Teams will compete for the national title at the tournament that will be co-hosted by local club teams the Calgary Rocky Mountain Rollers and Calgary Grizzlies, along with Wheelchair Basketball Canada.
